Monster Almanac is an independent tabletop RPG reference, preparation, and publishing project. It creates monster notes, adventure previews, encounter tools, terrain prompts, NPC tools, item ideas, PDF aids, and other resources for game masters and players.
For legal, licensing, attribution, correction, removal, privacy, business, or general contact requests, email daniel.mvr@gmail.com.
Unless another source or license is stated, the editorial text, encounter advice, adventure premises, original monsters, original item concepts, prompts, page structure, tool design, and original site copy on Monster Almanac are created for this project.
Guides, field notes, GM advice, scenario hooks, tactics, tone notes, and table-use explanations are written as original editorial material for practical RPG preparation.
Tools are designed to help visitors create encounters, terrains, NPCs, magic items, fears, hunts, and preparation material. Output should be reviewed and adapted by the user.
Adventure previews, product descriptions, scene structures, hooks, and original setting elements belong to Monster Almanac unless a page states otherwise.
Images, previews, tokens, PDFs, prompts, and related assets may have different availability, usage rules, or third-party platform terms depending on where they are accessed.
Some rules references, creature data, terminology, mechanics, or compatibility material may draw from the System Reference Document 5.2.1, commonly called SRD 5.2.1, where available and appropriate.
The SRD 5.2.1 is provided by Wizards of the Coast LLC and is made available for third-party creators under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License.
Attribution note: Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 allows sharing and adaptation, including commercial use, when attribution and other license terms are followed. Monster Almanac does not claim that Wizards of the Coast endorses this site or any Monster Almanac content.
Monster Almanac may mention tabletop RPG names, creature names, setting references, game terms, publishers, books, platforms, or brands to identify compatible material, organize references, or discuss game preparation.
Some Monster Almanac pages may function as fan resources, commentary, reference notes, campaign preparation aids, or compatible game aids. Visitors should review the current policies of any third-party publisher or platform before reusing material outside personal play.
Wizards of the Coast publishes a Fan Content Policy that discusses fan websites and other fan works. Monster Almanac links to that policy for transparency, but visitors should review the official policy directly rather than relying on this summary.
Monster Almanac is built as a living project. If you believe a page has an error, missing attribution, incorrect source label, licensing concern, privacy concern, trademark concern, broken link, or material that should be removed, contact the site by email.
Requests can be sent to daniel.mvr@gmail.com. Reasonable corrections and removals will be reviewed in good faith.
Monster Almanac may link to third-party sites or services such as Ko-fi, Roll20, D&D Beyond, Instagram, Google, ChatGPT, or other tools and platforms. Those services have their own terms, privacy policies, payment rules, refund rules, content rules, account requirements, and availability.
Purchases, downloads, donations, subscriptions, or premium access handled outside Monster Almanac are controlled by the relevant third-party platform. Review that platform's current terms before completing a transaction.
