An abyssal wretch is a ruined humanoid twisted by the corrupting power of the Abyss into a shambling, snarling demon. Its body is emaciated, malformed, and covered in signs of degeneration, leaving behind only animal spite, diseased hunger, and the twitching remnants of a once mortal shape.
